đźź Teaching Yoga to Beginners can be the most challenging teaching situation. Learn how to design accessible, empowering classes for new students, building strong foundations in breath, movement, and awareness. This course will focus on how to plan, structure, and lead yoga classes specifically for new practitioners, focusing on fundamental poses (asana), clear and accessible instruction, safe alignment and modifications. basic breathing techniques (pranayama). Key elements include creating a welcoming environment, using simple language, offering appropriate variations for different bodies, and providing guidance on establishing a consistent and progressive yoga practice.

đźź Sharon Shanti is a certified Kripalu & Pranakryia Yoga Teacher, Kripalu Restorative Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. Sharon teaches passionate yoga classes, delivers dynamic and motivational Workshops and Retreats and has for years developed and led both 200 hour and 300 hour Yoga Teaching Training Modules. She is passionate about empowering and encouraging people to honor their bodies, to go within and to continue to grow and heal with the time honored teachings of yoga. As a lifelong student of Yoga, Sharon has studied with some of the most esteemed, knowledgeable and distinguished teachers, including Yoganand Michael Carroll, Stephen Cope and Sudha Carolyn Sundeen, Sharon has shared the teachings of these ancient wisdom traditions for the past 19 years.
