Turn your love of Pilates into a flexible career! Each one of our graduating classes has produced successful instructors, both at Evolution Yoga-Coconut Creek and multiple studios around South Florida. The Hot Pilates Training will cover/include the following:• The fundamentals of Hot Pilates and mat Pilates
• Anatomy
• Instructor fundamentals
• How to create a format
• Over 44 different types of exercises plus variations of these exercises
• 2 Pilates formats for each trainee to teach
Our training is extremely hands-on and tailored to each participant. Each trainee will have multiple opportunities to team-teach. This means that in the classes being taught by the trainers, trainees will be able to teach small sections. By the end of the training we hope that you are ready to teach all by yourself, but there are multiple factors that play into whether or not you will be as everyone learns at their own pace and will be coming in with different levels of experience. We are here for you after you receive your certificate of completion to ensure that you reach your goals as an instructor.

Friday, March 19: 8:30am - 5:00pm
**within these time slots are Hot Pilates classes which are included in the pricing of the training and mandatory. If you cannot attend a class or will miss certain days/times, make-up days will be scheduled for you.
