Face to face conference of expert-led CPL, professional discussion and collaboration.

Inclusive by Design: how do we ensure our classrooms and schools are truly inclusive and supportive to allow all children to flourish? We will firstly look at the importance of understanding emotional wellbeing and the factors that affect it. From this we can then review the approach in your school and look at next steps for affecting positive change.

Desired outcomes:

• To deepen understanding of social emotional wellbeing

• To understand factors that affect children’s emotional, personal and behavioural needs and know strategies to support these

• To gain strategies to support children with their social emotional wellbeing in the context of your role and school

• To be able to network and form strong relationships with practitioners across the Trust

• To share relevant evidence-based research and be aware of approaches for sharing this back in own school settings.
