Teaching and Learning Dance Through Meaningful Gestures is the culmination of Anabella’s 35 years as a dance teacher, scholar, and pedagogue across three continents. The book explores technique as both a philosophy and a theory, emphasizing the body as an instrument of expression. Spanning 200 pages with 250 images and 50 illustrations, this work offers an exceptional scope, aiming to inspire and enlighten dancers, educators, and the arts community.
