Carol Read has many years’ experience as a teacher, teacher trainer, academic manager and educational consultant, she specializes in early years and primary English language education. Carol is an award-winning author of many coursebooks, methodology titles and supplementary materials for pre-school and primary children. She has worked in a wide range of international contexts and speaks at conferences all over the world. Carol is also a former President of the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL) and believes passionately in empowering language teachers of young children globally to be effective and successful.
