Nov. 18, 2025 – Reflexology is an ancient healing art that uses the concept of our feet, hands, and ears as reflections of our whole body. This means we can use them to not only help our physical aches but calm ourselves mentally too!
Sherri Gunn-Wilkins will explain and show you how reflexology can be used to help people in many ways. As well she will talk about some of the connections she has made between the way she practices reflexology and Indigenous teachings like the Medicine Wheel.
To Sherri one of the best things about reflexology is that you can also use it on yourself with foot, hand, and/or ear reflexology. Come learn about reflexology and how it can help you to live your life in a good and healthy way.
