Tiger Community Hub is here to support the mental health and wellbeing of our community.

We are pleased to be working with Women for Change to offer our menopause and peri-menopause peer support group.

It will run the second Tuesday of each month 6 - 8pm

It is free to attend.

All women are welcome, we recognise menopause happens at different ages with additional health issues impacting the onset sometimes.

Share your experience over a cuppa, chat to other women who have been through it or are going through it. It's good to talk.

Any questions please do reach out to us.

You can book a place or just turn up on the day for a friendly welcome.
