It acts as a gentle catalyst — amplifying interoception, sharpening sensory intelligence & inviting a state of embodied observation that is deeply relaxing & intensely revealing at the same time.
🍵 From a space of dynamic stillness & echoing silence, TEA THERAPY SESSIONS invite into a slow, intentional meditative practice woven with gentle somatic attunement, intuitive inquiry & grounded presence.
We work with high-quality ceremonial tea as a psycho-sensory medium to explore more subtle states of awareness.
