🌱 Tea has been used for centuries across most cultures & communities for its healing properties; not for the body, but also for the mind & the spirit.
It acts as a gentle catalyst — sharpening sensory intelligence & inviting a state of embodied observation that is deeply relaxing & intensely revealing at the same time.
TEA THERAPY SESSIONS invite into a slow, intentional meditative practice woven with gentle somatic attunement, intuitive inquiry & grounded presence.
🍵 From a space of dynamic stillness & echoing silence, we work with high-quality tea as a psycho-sensory medium to explore more subtle states of awareness.
