Unwind
Join Forge and Cierra Lober with Cha House Birmingham to unwind, gather in community, and taste tea! Cierra will be leading us in a Gong Fu Cha style tea service.
Feel free to visit Cha House's website for more information on where they can be found around Birmingham!
Mollie Erickson will also be joining us to led particpants in a restorative yoga session.
Please dress comfortable and prepare to do yoga first, followed by the tea tasting session.

About Forge's programs:
At Forge, the core of our mission is to offer support, knowledge, strength, and direction for Alabamians impacted by breast cancer. In an effort to continue to safeguard the health of our community and team, Forge is offering virtual learning opportunities that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home, and for any in-person programs we may schedule, we will practice CDC-recommended safety measures to keep our community healthy.
