Join me for a weekly Meditation over tea in the ancient Chinese tradition of tea making and meditation. This is a silent meditation in the sanctuary of our Zen Studio where you will experience a traditional tea meditation that features a traditional Chinese tea ceremony and tasting.What to expect:
- A Traditional tea ceremony that includes a tea meditation and tea tasting.
- The tea meditation will last 20 minutes.
- This is a silent meditation and will be conducted in silence.
- Please respect those around you and enjoy this part of the experience in silence.
- Thereafter there will be a talk on the importance of the tea ceremony and a Q & A session.
- You will be tasting traditional Chinese tea during the tea ceremony

The event is an hour long but you are welcome to stay longer and order our delicious handmade (preservative and MSG free) DIMSUM (dumplings, bao, springrolls, wonton), noodle, soup and rice dishes and to enjoy the sanctuary of our zen studio space.
We invite you to join us every week on a Saturday and / or Sunday starting on Sunday 13 July for the Tea meditation and tea tasting ceremony for some quiet contemplation. Each week we will prepare and taste different teas from different regions in China.

Please note once you’ve booked and paid for your spot, we aren’t able to offer any refunds. We can credit you to join another class if for some reason you aren’t able to attend the workshop you booked for.
