✨Tea-Gong: Qi Gong and Tea Ceremony✨Wholeheartedly, we invite you to a 3-hour guided experience combining two powerful practices: Qi Gong and Tea Ceremony.
Qi Gong is an ancient mind-body practice (over 4,000 years old), combining breath, spiral-wave movements and imagination.
Rooted in Chinese tradition, Qi Gong aims to activate the vital energy called qi (or prana in other traditions), which flows through the body and sustains physical, mental and spiritual health.
Body, breath and imagination are the three primal tools explored in Qi Gong. Our ancestors used them for generations to meet their true needs with clarity, to deeply listen and to receive messages from the Mystery - insights from the depths of the heart and soul.
In this particular practice, Nitya will offer guidance through all five elements of nature to reconnect with one’s inner sense of luminosity and the remembrance of deep dreams and longings.
In the following Japanese Tea Ceremony, we will explore the nature of the mind - luminous, subtle and vast. Held in subtelty and presence, you will be gently invited to land and rest after a potent Qi Gong session.
A dear companion of meditators, Japanese green tea - with its crisp, rich flavour and vibrant emerald hue - will guide us into a soft unfolding. Through gentle visualisation and meditation, we will enter a field of expansion, stillness and inner light.
✨ Program
The experience will consist of 3 parts:
• Dynamic 1-hour Qi Gong guided by Nitya, drawing from mythic symbols, nature elements, dreams and ancient fairytailes.
• Shavasana (deep relaxation) with a sound-imagery journey.
• Japanese Tea Ceremony with Nadzeya to open up our minds to their true nature of luminosity and vastness.
We will close with a group sharing circle, exchanging our experiences and slowly transition into an informal plant-based picnic.
📌 Practical details:
Timeframe: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: Frederiksberg Have (we meet by the main entrance into the park and proceed to our spot)
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement (e.g. sport pants or shorts and a t-shirt). And an extra warm layer to feel cozy during the relaxation and tea ceremony.
Bring water and a yoga mat or blanket to lie on.

🌿 About the facilitators:
Nitya is a Qi Gong practitioner and soul-centric yoga therapist with over 9 years of experience.In close contact with Chinese tradition since childhood, she has explored the essence of various Eastern practices and integrated them with Jungian psychology and the power of imagination.
Through breath, movement and visioning, Nitya offers an ecstatic path to reconnect with one’s inner guidance and the remembrance of deep dreams and longings.
Nadzeya is a liminal space guide, ceremonial artist and lucid dream practitioner devoted to the exploration of human consciousness.
Her guidance is rooted in deep personal practice and enriched by diverse modalities including processwork, dreamwork, tibetian buddhism, tantra, shamanism, sound healing, and Japanese tea ceremony. She weaves the ordinary with the magical, inviting into the unknown, where totality resides.
