A transformative experience of balancing your throat chakra through the power of community, herbal tea, breathwork and chanting.
About this Event

Balancing Your Throat Chakra with Community, Tea, Chanting, and Breathwork

Join us in community as we ground into our authentic voice and open our throat chakra to navigate the winter season with clarity and confidence.

We will begin with gentle movement and breathwork to ground us into our bodies. This will be followed by a soothing tea ceremony, where we sip an herbal tea blend specifically for the throat chakra. Finally, we will engage in a guided chanting practice to further awaken this center.

This experience will help you connect more deeply with your inner expression, fostering clearer communication and a sense of stability during the season. It will also be a beautiful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, embrace your authentic voice, and open your throat chakra, so you can express yourself confidently throughout the winter months.

WHY ATTEND?

  • Open yourself to the wisdom of your voice through tea, chanting, and yoga.
  • Deepen your practice of chanting, mindfulness, and yoga to balance your throat chakra.
  • Connect with others on a shared journey of self-expression and spiritual freedom.
  • Root into your authentic voice and inner confidence to navigate the winter season.

Your contribution helps support the event and allows us to offer tickets to those who may need financial assistance.

  • $45 (Base Rate): This is the standard donation, which helps cover the cost of the event and supports the materials, plants, and space needed for our gathering. By choosing this rate, you’re ensuring your participation and supporting the overall event.
  • $35(For Those in Financial Need): If you are experiencing financial hardship, this lower rate is available to make the event more accessible. No questions asked—this rate is for you if the full price feels like a stretch.
  • $55(Paying It Forward): If you're in a position to give a little more, this rate helps cover the cost of the event and supports others who may need financial assistance. Your generosity helps make this gathering possible for someone else and contributes to the sustainability of future events.
