Please join us for tea at Yoga Love! Megan had been studying the art and culture of tea for several years and is excited to offer ceremonies in the lineage of her teachers. Cha Dao, the way of tea, is a practice that incorporates tea as ritual, and as medicine. Sitting with tea is a beautiful way to pause from the busyness and noise of the world and to let go of daily tensions. It offers an opportunity to connect with self, as well as the opportunity to come together and share space and presence with others. When we sit together in ceremony, we practice slowing down and becoming quiet as we mindfully and intentionally enjoy tea.
As we continue to sit with tea, we may observe our minds become less cluttered, our bodies more present, and ourselves, more connected- to Nature, to each other, to self.
This is a wonderful event to attend alone or to share with a friend, a partner, or any loved one. All are welcome in this space ❤️
All that is required to attend is a willingness to share tea in (comfortable) silence. Please come wearing comfortable clothing!
The cost of these events is sliding scale, $20- $33 per sit. NOTAFLOF, please each out if you would like to attend and cost is a barrier!
