About Michelle:
Michelle Damiani is a travel writer based in Charlottesville, Virginia. She is the author of the bestselling memoir Il Bel Centro: A Year in the Beautiful Center, which chronicles her year living in an Italian village with her husband, three children, and two cats. Her daily life in Umbria later inspired the Santa Lucia novel series and the Murder in an Italian Village cozy mystery series, both grounded in the green heart of Italy.
