Sometimes the best artist materials are what you find around the house. Tea and coffee are sustainable materials that are often found in the home. Take this workshop, if you want to learn about an economical and planet friendly art medium. All materials are included in the fee!
Workshop fee is $35.
Registration is required because there are a limited number of seats available.

Students, who would rather pay in-person, just need to go to Impressions Fine Art at 246 Broad Street, Kingsport. We are open Wednesday-Saturday from 11-5pm.
This workshop is a partnership with Engage Kingsport and funded under contract by the State of Tennessee, Tennessee Art Commission.
Meet the Instructor: Christy Ward
Christy Alexander Ward is a southeastern fine artist currently based in Fall Branch, Tennessee. Her drawings are figurative-based with surrealistic imagery and nature elements. She is constantly experimenting with her drawings, including ink, pastels, acrylics, mixed media, and recently watercolor batiking. Christy’s artwork often appears in local shows, and competitions, as well as, private and public collections. Her work, also, is located at the Impressionist Gallery in Kingsport Tennessee.
