Winter calls us inward, inviting rest, restoration, and deep listening. In this seasonal workshop, we’ll explore the Water Element and its gifts of wisdom, stillness, and quiet courage, held and supported by Sarah. The qigong practice focuses on nourishing the kidneys, supporting vitality through the colder months, and cultivating an inner reservoir of strength. A guided meditation draws you into silence, echoing the stillness of a winter lake. We close with warm tea and conversation, honoring the insight that emerges when we slow down and truly listen.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 1:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 2:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the workshop, journal, water, etc. We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
