Te Awamutu AFCinvites you to attend our
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Sunday 24th November
4.00pm
The Stadium, Armstrong Ave
They say it takes a village to raise a child - you are part of our village,
creating a safe, fun & competitive football environment for children and adults.
We are a club with over 100 senior players and over 300 junior players.
All members are invited to attend.
There are 9 positions on the Committee available including
President, Secretary, Treasurer & up to 6 committee members who meet
face-to-face once a month, and online once a month too.
Please submit your nominations for above 9 position/s via email along with a brief personal introduction and what skills you can bring to the committee before 17th November.
This information will then be shared with our members prior to the AGM so those voting can make an informed decision.
Only members present at the AGM can vote by show of hands, voice or ballot.
There are a number of sub-committees available:
Junior sub-committee
Facilities sub-committee
Referees sub-committee
