Kia ora friends!The daffodils are bloom, the inanga are returning, kōanga is upon us and the spring is here.
This is also the time when weeds grow quickly and help is needed to keep our awa tidy and give our recent native plantings a good shot over the summer months.
We will also be doing the water quality test and aquatic macroinvertebrate test, so a great chance to get to know the critters living in the stream.
We'll finish with a cuppa and some kai, so please RSVP to this event if you're planning to come along.
Please bring: boots/gumboots, hat, water bottle and suitable clothing for getting a bit mucky
We will postpone if there is heavy rain.
