About this Event
It’s been 20 years since we roamed the halls of Thomas Downey High School, 20 years since the last bell rang and we walked off the stage as high school graduates and into the world with aspirations and dreams. We were merely kids with no clue of what life had in store for us. Now, twenty years later we have experienced life in the form of: college, starting families, adventures, stories, achievements, accolades, highs & lows, accomplishments, travel, jobs, careers, promotions, starting business, success and failures.
So let’s use this gathering as a time to not only relive the good ol’ days of high school and the glory days of being Downey Knights, let’s catchup with old friends and share our stories, share our life experiences and even our future goals. Let’s talk about old memories and make new memories that will last another twenty years.
If I have learned anything from the past twenty years it’s that life is too damn short. I’ve lost friends, family members and classmates over the two decade span that were taken too soon! So with that said let’s make the time to spend time together and enjoy each other’s company, let’s remember our classmates that we have lost along the way and party it up like they would have wanted us to.
Class of 2001 at Thomas Downey High School was a class to be proud of, we have a lot of successful and talented people that came out of our class. Not to mention we were pretty fucking cool kids!
