Smitty has been taste-testing for two months! Vlada and Natasha, the Euterpe Farms Ukrainian war refugees, have been experimenting in the kitchen and have come up with a delightful Mediterranean Sampler Plate and these delicious cheesecake tarts. Cherry, Chocolate, and Lemon. They will be our celebrity chefs and servers...with all funds going toward THEM! Yay!
