About this Event

Tchaka is a traditional Haitian meal. It is a stew generally made from corn, beans, squash, coconut milk, meat, etc. However, the word tchaka in Haitian Creole also signifies all sorts of idiosyncratic objects, situations, or behaviour. Joins Coute`cheve in preparing (and eating!) a Tchaka for a world without borders; one that celebrates difference and embraces change.
