Southeast Asia’s most anticipated trading card event returns this November, bigger, bolder, and more iconic than ever.
From 31st October to 2nd November, TCGKL Main Convention 2025 will once again bring together the global TCG community for a celebration of art, collecting, competition, and creativity, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
We’re thrilled to announce our first featured guest: Kenji Watanabe, the legendary illustrator and original character designer behind the Digimon franchise. Kenji will be joining us for exclusive signing and live sketching sessions, setting the tone for what promises to be an unforgettable guest lineup.
And that’s just the beginning. Stay tuned two more internationally renowned illustrators will be revealed soon.

Backed by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, TCGKL continues to lead the region’s growing TCG movement, having introduced Southeast Asia’s first sports trading cards through Card Mania, and bringing Malaysian IPs like BoBoiBoy and Mechamato into the collectible spotlight through partnerships with MONSTA and MPH Bookstores.
This year, a landmark collaboration is also in the works featuring a national icon whose legacy has shaped Malaysia’s cultural identity. The full reveal will be one of the most defining moments in the country’s trading card history.
