ONCE AGAIN IT'S THAT TIME...IT'S TIME TO PASS A GOOD TIME!!!This year's event will be held on Satuday, April, 20th from 12:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. but if you have ever been, you know how that goes!!! WINK WINK!!!

The fun will be located right across the street from where it's been for the past four years...Downtown Memphis, on Poplar Ave. This is the former Northwest Prep High School. It was also the old Tech High School.

This is a traditional Louisiana Crawfish Boil w/ all of the fixings, plus plenty other options for those who may not partake in these delectables!!!
MENU:
The event will again feature our usual menu of Crawfish?, Turkey Necks, Sausage, Catfish?, Grilled Chicken?, Corn, Potatoes, French Fries and Jambalaya. There will be some additional surprise menu items as well. Y'ALL KNOW HOW WE ROLL!!! This year's special guests will again be what has rapidly become our signature item, a whole yes whole Grilled Alligator?. He may just be accompanied by his succulent friend, Roasted Pig?. Who knows? They are still in talks about who is the true star of the show!!!

STRUCTURE - WHAT YOU GET WITH YOUR ENTRY TICKET PURCHASE:
For your entry ticket purchase, you will receive one wristband and one crawfish ticket. The wristband entitles you to all you can eat menu items EXCEPT crawfish. The crawfish ticket will get you ONE tray of crawfish. Additional crawfish tickets will be available for purchase the day of the event at the cost of $20.00 per tray. These slight changes from previous years are due to this years crawfish shortage which has caused a drastic increase in market value. We want to continue to bring you the same experience you have come to know and love therefore, slight change is necessary.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
This is a BYOB affair so don't forget your coolers, folding chairs, blankets and tents. It's sure to be a FUN FILLED FAMILY AFFAIR!!!
