About -
Kalsubai At the summit is a small temple of Kalsubai, which can seat just three people. This being the highest peak, it commands a beautiful view. The vastly spread out backwaters of Bhandardara attracts one's attention from the top. To the north of the mountain range forts such as Ramsej, Harihargad, Brahmagiri, Anjaneri, Ghargad, Bahula, Tringalwadi, Kavnai can be seen. To the east one can spot Aundha, Vishramgad, Bitangad, to the west Alang, Madangad, Kulang, Ratangad (southwest) and to the south Padhargad, Ghanchakkar, Harishchandragad can be seen.

Day 0: Saturday
We will start with the *CST – Kasara Slow Local* (Time table given below)
People may board the same local from the station of their convenience and meet us in the train directly.

Members are requested to take ticket till Kasara by their own.
*Board the second compartment from Kasara side.* Everybody will board the same local and we can meet in the train itself.
We will proceed to the base village by private transport (jeep/tum tum)
Day 01- Sunday
2:30 am - Reach Bari village
2:45 AM - post introduction start Ascend towards Kalsubai Peak.
6:00 AM - Reach the top
06:30 AM - Enjoy the beautiful sunrise.
08:00AM - Start descending
12:00 PM - Reach Base Village and have Lunch.
1:00 PM - Start Return Journey Towards Kasara
3:00 PM - Reach Kasara And disperse. (tentative)

*This event is Subject to minimum number of participants i.e 10. If there are less than 10 participants then the event will be cancelled.*
*Things to carry*:
1. Identity Card
2. Torch (mandatory)
3. 2 litres water minimum.
4. Good trekking Shoes. (Avoid Sneakers)
5. Breakfast for the day.
6. Personal Medicine
7. Camera (Optional).
8. Electral/ Enerzyl.
9. Ready to eat food like Biscuits, plum cakes etc.
10. Carry your raincoat/wind cheater/ poncho.
