Take Back The Kitchen (TBK) cooking classes empower older adults to take charge of their health through hands-on cooking classes.About this Event
Taught by one of our professional chefs, TBK classes emphasize cooking from scratch, choosing whole foods, trying new recipes, and understanding the personal and social impact of how we eat.
Cooking classes are for older adults 55 and older.
This program is funded through the Fellowes Athenaeum Trust Fund.
