TBCK Weekend: Conference + Family Gathering

Weekend Overview:

Friday: TBCK Meet and Greet and (optional) Research Lab Tours at CHOP 4pm-5pm (RSVP in advance only; limited spaces; no children allowed in labs, but we will have volunteers to watch in the lobby)

Friday evening will also include a TBCK Warrior Fashion Show at the Sheraton Hotel. Details to come.

Saturday: Full-day of TBCK Conference featuring the world's top TBCK Syndrome researchers and clinicians, a parent panel, updates from The TBCK Foundation, and lots of opportunities for connecting with other families.

The full agenda will be released closer to the date, as we finalize speakers. Plan for a full-day of events with breakfast and lunch provided. For those interested, there will be an optional Saturday evening dinner outing.

Sunday: Optional Family Outing to local Philly attraction (TBD) Breakfast will be provided prior at the Sheraton Hotel.

Monday: Optional TBCK Clinic (individually scheduled in advance for clinic visits with Dr. Ortiz-Gonzalez and/or Dr. Bhoj) Email: [email protected]

Covid Policies:

Given our more medically fragile population, we are requesting all attendees to wear a mask if they are able. Vaccinations are strongly encouraged by all eligible attendees. Testing will be available upon request.

**All attendees must schedule their own lodging, but be sure to mention "TBCK Conference" to get the room rates. Room blocks are a first come, first serve basis.
