Modern life can feel stressful and overwhelming, with competing demands for our time, money and attention that can leave us feeling stuck in unsatisfying patterns. Life also brings unexpected challenges that can drain energy and focus. Existing systems and structures often lead us away from what our hearts most deeply long for. We can let life happen or be proactive in our intentions. What if life could be different?
Embracing new ways of being requires interrogating dominant cultural narratives about worth, power, and achievement. We can pause to reflect on important questions like:
- Who am I?
- Why am I here?
- What do I most deeply value and what do I truly want?
- How is love inviting me to respond to the needs and opportunities of this moment?
- How can I align my time, energy, and resources towards what matters most?
Building your life is a creative act that calls for imagination, self-knowledge, global awareness, a practical strategy, and daily commitment. Together we’ll explore these processes through personal reflection, exercises, and group discussion to help you develop a plan for moving forward.
