Band Member Bios
On bass:
Born in Tacoma, Washington, Roman Winkel began playing bass at the age of 9. Heavily inspired by bassists such as Victor Wooten, Les Claypool, and Jaco Pastorius, he quickly developed a passion for rhythm and groove. Since 2014, he has been actively performing funk and blues music around the vibrant Seattle area. His current musical projects include Heather Jones & The Groovemasters (since 2014) as well as the Taylor Hardin Blues Band (since 2024)
On drums:
Reece Webber has been playing drums for over 25 years. Raised in the Pacific Northwest during the 90s, his style is heavily influenced by the rock and grunge music that defines that era. After performing in jazz bands through middle and high school, he studied audio engineering in college and continued to expand his playing into more professional settings. Today he is a member of several local original and cover bands and is excited to break into the blues scene with the Taylor Hardin Blues Band.
On keys:
Brad Bentley is a highly skilled and accomplished keyboardist, renowned for his captivating performances. Concertgoers can look forward to dynamic displays of showmanship, as Brad effortlessly dazzles on the keys, often incorporating a talkbox for an extra touch of flair. Throughout his career, Brad has had the privilege of playing alongside some of the biggest names in music, including the legendary B.B. King.
