We invite Members and their colleagues to join us for our Taxation and Succession Planning for Farmers and Landowners Masterclass being held on 3 December in Leeds (please see separate booking link for the London Masterclass)
The Masterclass will be chaired by Dr Nerys Llewelyn Jones FALA, ALA Chair and our expert panel to address the issues that need to be considered in planning succession in light of the inheritance tax reforms arising from the October 2024 Budget and any matters arising from the next Budget on 26 November.
Our panel of experts will set the scene and then facilitate more in depth workshop sessions based on fictional but common scenarios with feedback and general discussion to follow in each scenario.
