About this event:
Tax 102: Entity planning: What type of entity does your business need from the tax point of view?
This workshop will explore different types of Entity structures and which works best given specific circumstances. Even though this is a tax course, taxes are only one consideration of many that must be considered when forming a new entity.
Questions we will answer:
Is the type of Entity your business operates under can have a significant impact on the taxes you pay? Do you know that an LLC, PLLC, or LLLP are not tax structures but corporate structures? The wrong Entity Structure can cost you 10s to 100s of thousands of tax dollars per year! This workshop is the second in a series of four Tax Workshops. Each workshop provides value as a stand-alone, so attend one, some, or all of them according to your interest.
