Tavern Talk & Storytime w/Nate Whiting, The Accidental Poet

Join the Friends of the Rising Sun Inn for this very special Tavern Talk event. Our very first children’s Tavern Talk. It’s Tavern Talk and Storytime! Join us on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 2:00 pm to meet children’s author, Nate Whiting, The Accidental Poet. The program will kick off with story time with Nate bringing to life his stories of friendship, caring, and wonder followed by children’s crafts from the stories and ending with cookies and juice. Copies of Nate’s books will be available for purchase and signing.

This program is geared for children 3rd grade and younger.

Tickets are $12.00 or two for $20.00. Parents and infants under one year are free.
