Deep in the heart of Amsterdam, a mad scientist has harnessed the storm to breathe life into his twisted experiments. But the lightning never obeys… and the results are hideous. Mutated monsters stagger from the lab, their skin glowing with radioactive boils, their forms warped beyond recognition.
