After all that we’ve learned + integrated during eclipse season, this new moon brings us more stability and grants us permission to slow down, nourish ourselves, get back into our bodies, entertain our senses, and savor the beauty in our lives.
It is the perfect time for us to center our self-worth and the value we offer to the world, defining ways in which we can use our creative gifts + talents to achieve our personal goals and greater life vision.
We will:
● Learn how to work with this new moon + how the current astrological influences affect us
● Move our bodies in a nourishing yoga flow
● Work with flower essences specifically formulated for balancing our emotional + spiritual well-being for Taurus season
● Recharge our energy + spark inspiration through a meditation and journaling practice
● Share in an intention setting ritual, planting seeds for what we’d like to cultivate in our lives
● Create community with others who are passionate about working with plants, planets and somatic movement as tools for deriving inspiration, meaning, purpose, and connection.
Participants will receive a workbook + a flower essence.
Please bring a pen, journal, anything you would like to charge on the altar, chocolate or nuts to share (optional for Taurus season!), and an open mind + heart.
