The upcoming Taurus Full Moon energy is slow, steady, abundant and delicious. We are gently reminded to soften and indulge in the beauty of life. To root and ground ourselves in the present. Like plants that send their energy to their roots in the fall to prepare for the dark months, we transition from the vibrant energy of summer aligning with the season. This workshop will focus on grounding into your body and luxuriating in stillness. Our practice will be gentle, focusing on hip opening stretches and supported twists to help release tension along the spine, and forward folds that help melt away stress from an overexerted nervous system. We will dip our toes into Ayurvedic practices for the fall season. I invite you to put on your comfiest clothes and join us for a soothing afternoon.
