Grounding Yoga Flow
We’ll begin the evening with a gentle yet grounding yoga flow, designed to open the body and prepare us for a meditative, embodied experience. Rooted in the stable energy of Taurus, this practice invites you to tune into the earth element, release tension, and foster a sense of calm and connection.
Sufi Whirling (Sema)
Step into the ancient, sacred practice of Sufi whirling as a form of moving meditation.
