About this Event
Tau Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated located in Jackson,Mississippi has served the community since 1938. On November 12, 2022, the ladies and Affiliates will celebrate our Founders Day as “100 Years of Sisterhood, Scholarship and Service”. Every year Tau Sigma and Affiliates contribute to multiple causes, charities and scholarships. In honor of our Centennial, we are hosting several events to provide increased awareness, community service, and visibility to the Metro Jackson Area. Sigma Gamma Rho commitment to service is expressed in its slogan, “Greater Service, Greater Progress”. Proceeds from the 2022 Yellow Tea Rose Gala will support the Tau Sigma Alumnae Chapter Scholarship Fund.
