Doors open at 10am and the event will be ongoing until 7pm
Rules:
•Bring a toy (new in box) that is suitable for donation to a child age 0-16
•In exchange you will receive 1 tattoo or piercing
•Tattoos will be from our set flash books at a set size
•No coverups
•No hands or face tattoos
•Bring ID
•Limited to 3 tattoos or piercings per person
