The Colorado Potato Festival kicks off on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Chapman Park in Monte Vista and we’re starting strong with the annual Tater Trot 5K Walk & Run at 8:30 AM!Whether you're a seasoned runner or just in it for the fun, this course is for all ages and fitness levels.
