San Francisco’s legendary music venue, the Boom Boom Room and The 5 Highs present‘Tata’s Tuesday’.
The second Tuesday of each month will offer a curiously curated collection of bands, musicians and artists who from a City steeped in musical history and rock’n’roll traditions.
The inaugural lineup for Tuesday, August 12 features the full-spectrum sounds of the City’s own avant-harde group, the 5 highs at 8:00 pm followed by the electronic-rock-dance epicness of Infinite Bits.
The party goes until at least 12:30am and we'll keep on rockin' it even later if ya'll keep on rockin' it on the dancefloor.
THE 5 HIGHS
The latest in a storied line of great bands from a city steeped in musical history and rock’n’roll traditions, The 5 Highs were formed in San Francisco in 2017 by an eclectic group of musicians from lives as varied and kaleidoscopic as their musical tastes.
Tata, Mellow and Caudy form the core of the group and then draw from a deep bench of music legends, talented fiends and multi-instrumentalists they know who rotate between gigs and recording sessions as life permits. This patchwork of players contributes to the band’s delicious diaspora of musical influences and their full spectrum, ‘avant-harde’ sound.

INFINITE BITS
Somewhere in-between space and time, two friends create a sound as one. Based in San Francisco, Infinite Bits, composed of Nick Magarian and Chris Albert, try to blend the many sounds of synthesizers, guitar, and bass in a live setting to make their own unique sound.
