Coal Pit Wines is an organic, single-vineyard estate in the heart of Gibbston. Family-owned and deeply rooted in Central Otago, we craft limited-production Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir Rose, that celebrate the region’s rugged beauty and distinctive terroir.
