After introducing The OBC Wine Project, a project that showcases what a little beer-geek-turned-wine geek can do, the brewery has launched a line of hard kombucha called Allkind Hard Kombucha. Allkind Kombucha is brewed with gluten-free ingredients, fresh juices and purees, nothing from concentrate, and no added sugars or artificial sweeteners.
