About this Event
The tasting notes listed on a bag of coffee (baked pear, jasmine, almond, etc.) often sound good, but sometimes it is challenging to identify them in the cup. At the Tasting Notes Workshop in Riverside, we will learn how to use the Coffee Taster's Flavor Wheel to identify the aromas and flavors that make every coffee unique. We will compare what we smell and taste to the official references from the World Coffee Research “Sensory Lexicon” — products you can find in the aisles of most grocery stores. Open to casual coffee drinkers and enthusiasts alike!
Ticket price includes a 12 oz bag of one our classic roasts.
**Cancellation Policy:** Due to limited class sizes, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled class to allow us to fill the spot. No-shows without prior notice will not receive a refund. By purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms. Thank you for your understanding.
