Delight in rich, velvety chocolates crafted to complement and elevate each sipped varietal. From the first pour to the last bite, you’ll savor every moment of this festive pairing event (while supporting small businesses, too!).
The evening will feature:
-Four custom-made chocolates
-Four local curated pours, as paired by Che Ramos ’05, owner of The Black Bourbon Guy
-A presentation of the history of chocolate and the process of creating the perfect confection, as told by Kristin Neira, owner of Red Light Chocolates
Carolina Alumni members save $25 on the event and leave with a custom Carolina Alumni chocolate.
