4TH COURSE:
Octopus tacos with mezcal butter and accompanied by drunk sauce with rested mezcal.
5TH COURSE:
Mini sweet tacos filled with mezcal custard, whipped mezcal cream, and a mezcal snowball paired with Señorío Añejo Mezcal.
6TH COURSE:
Orange in syrup with mezcal and mint. Paired with Zignum Añejo Cristalino Mezcal.
