About this Event
Take your tastebuds on a trip as we travel through the cuisine of 3 Central American countries in honor of Central American Independence day. We will be visiting 3 different restaurants and have a communal dining experience. Our adventure will take place in the within the lively Latin community of the South Bronx where will have the opportunity to savor authentic latin flavors as well as support Latino owned small businesses. Dress to impress or rep your Flag! We look forward to taking the trip with you!
Menu:
El Salvador: Pupusas + Jamaica (hibiscus drink)
Guatemala: Savory or sweet tamales + Tamarindo (tamarind drink)
Honduras: Honduran tacos or Honduran enchiladas + additional dish & Horchata.
Transportation: We will be traveling on public transportation. Bring your MetroCard or Omny. Locations are less than 15 min apart.
