ANNOUNCMENT – After an overwhelming response to our recent post regarding our Introductory Wellbeing Workshop we are pleased to confirm the date and times.The event will be an introductory taster workshop outlining how we can support and provide you with the tools to manage your wellbeing across a range of areas.
These will include; Menopause/Andropause, Sleep Hygiene, Stress and Anxiety, Healthy Options and Positive Mental Health.
