In Lindy Hop, a lot happens before, during, and after a dance – through body language, mindset, and unspoken signals. This taster is all about becoming more aware of how you show up, how to answer to the question 'do you want to dance?' and how others might read you.👉 What we’ll explore together:
— Before a party: your mindset & preparation (Why are you here? How do you prepare yourself for a party?).
— At a party: how non-verbal cues affect invitations, saying yes or no to dances, and recognizing when (not) to ask.
— Awareness exercises: practice reading and sending signals in a respectful way, and discover how much you already communicate without words.
This is not about “right or wrong” but about awareness and choice – so you can enjoy dancing even more and respect your own and others’ boundaries.
