The Menu:
Starters : Bruschetta with salmon and cream cheese
App: Shrimp & crab stuffed mushrooms
Salad: Grilled chicken with strawberries, blueberries, pecans, feta cheese and lemon poppyseed dressing
Entree :Roasted lobster tail with henny butter, applewood smoked shrimp skewer, garlic mashed potatoes with sautéed steak medallions in pear onion red wine sauce
Desert: Crown peach infused peach cobbler stuffed peaches with vanilla bean ice cream
