About the Experience
Taste With Intention is a guided sensory experience designed to slow you down, awaken your senses, and deepen your appreciation for what you consume. What is your relationship with food? What is your earliest food memory & How did it make you feel? Together, we’ll explore hot chocolate as a ritual, through aroma, texture, taste, emotion, memory, and story, using high-quality Thai craft chocolate in a calm, welcoming space. You’ll be gently guided to notice more, rush less, and reconnect with presence, pleasure, and gratitude. Educational, grounding, and quietly luxurious.
Why This Matters (and why I’m creating this)
Dark chocolate & hot chocolate have always been deeply near and dear to my heart, no matter where I’ve lived in the world, or what the climate has been. This series is a passion project born from a desire to bring people together through meaningful food experiences, to slow down, to connect, and to remember what it feels like to truly taste. We live in a fast-paced, distracted world, often eating on autopilot. This is an invitation to gather as a community, to be fully present & curious, over something as comforting and timeless as hot chocolate.
Why Kad Kokoa
Kad Kokoa is a Thai craft, bean-to-bar chocolate brand dedicated to showcasing cacao grown in Thailand. They work closely with local farmers and are deeply involved in fermentation, drying, and quality, building strong, long-term relationships across regions including Chiang Mai, Chanthaburi, Chumphon, and Prachuap Khiri Khan. Their mission is to elevate Thai cacao on the world stage, proving that locally produced chocolate can rival the finest international makers, while supporting sustainability, farmers, and environmental responsibility. It felt like the perfect place to begin this journey.

About the Host
This experience is guided by Davina, founder of Taste With Intention. With 7 years working in a chocolate factory, including time as an R&D manager and professional taster, Davina brings deep cacao knowledge together with mindfulness-based wellness practices. Her work sits at the intersection of sensory awareness, food storytelling, and human connection, creating spaces where food becomes a gateway to presence, appreciation, and shared experience. This is the first chapter of Taste With Intention, which will expand into cafés, retreats, hotels, and private gatherings.
